As a Transformational Life Coach, Reiki Master for humans and animals, 200-Hour YTT Certified Yoga Teacher, and Sound Bath Practitioner, Rosa skillfully blends intuitive healing modalities with holistic lifestyle coaching.

She pursued extensive training in energy medicine, including earning a certificate in Energy Healing Medicine and attaining Reiki Master certification through Level 4. Rosa also became a Certified Transformational Life Coach, completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Diploma in Nutritionist, and continues studying plant medicines, sound healing, and Attachment Theory. Most recent Peer-to-Peer Support: A Journey to Wellness certified. Education is a never-ending cycle of learning to help others is my life.
